Strategic Roadmap to Elevate the Coach Experience

Problem

Coaches lack the support to deliver their best service—they can’t track their performance, monitor member progress, or engage with members daily. This gap directly impacts the quality of the platform’s core service.

My Delivery

In just two days, I developed a proposal that clearly frames current pain points, emphasizing urgency and pinpointing opportunities to improve the experience for all stakeholders. The project plan details a human-centered, research-driven approach to strategy and product design.
