Empowering Data-Driven Leadership for Electricity Company Managers

Problem

Managers were spending 40% of their time manually consolidating data from fragmented systems to get a historical view of their district's performance, making it difficult for them to lead effectively.

My Impact

I led multi-stage workshops with users to prioritize and validate a simplified workflow, which became the foundation for the MVP prototype and product roadmap. Through consistent user testing and communication, I built product confidence and secured early buy-in, leading to increased work sold.

Innovation Outcome

The Management Dashboard now enables managers and planning teams to make data-driven, strategic decisions. They can easily access both a consolidated historical view and predictive analytics to proactively manage variances.

  • Ethnographic Research: Interviewed 22 participants, observed 4 operational meetings

  • Systems Mapping: Created a critical reference for engineers during implementation
